Our Staff

Great care is taken to recruit staff of the highest calibre in terms of relevant qualifications and/or experience. Police & health checks, and personal references are all taken up as a matter of course and all staff are approved by Capita as part of our registration under the Children's Act 1989 and the Childcare Bill 2006.

Our qualified staff, most of whom have worked with us for many years, would possess a Montessori Diploma, Certificate of Education, NNEB or similar relevant qualification.

Our staff to pupil ratio is approximately 1:6 and each child is assigned their own individual key worker.
